They were not delivered as promised. Reached out and they promised to deliver them today. Great customer service on my follow up, now hoping they will be delivered as promised. The occasion was for Saturday, so it took away from the expectations and no call was made to let me know they would not be able to deliver as agreed. Amending my Review: My flowers were not delivered Friday due to a computer glitch. When I called back the customer service was excellent. They not only delivered the flowers but upgraded it. It was timely like the lady promised and I am very satisfied. I will recommend using them again. Thanks
